Returns & Refunds

Items purchased at the regular price (without discounts) can be returned within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After this period, returns are unfortunately no longer possible.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipment

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return the item to us within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, returns can unfortunately no longer be accepted.

Please contact our customer service before sending the item back, so we can provide you with the correct return address.

Returned items must be new, unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No restocking fees will be charged.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 days using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the refund will only be issued if the returned items are in unused condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Once the refund has been processed, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Voucher Code

f you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are also happy to offer you an exchange in the form of a store voucher.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The return must include the original packaging.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • The purchase price will not be refunded in cash or to the original payment method.
  • After successful inspection of the return, you will receive a store voucher equal to the value of the goods, which can be redeemed flexibly in our online shop.

 

 


Damaged Deliveries

In the event of damaged or incorrectly delivered items, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service immediately, providing your order number and a photo. After reviewing the case, we will arrange a replacement delivery if necessary.

 

 

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of your order is possible as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. In this case, please contact us by email as soon as possible so that we can review and arrange the cancellation in time.
